Main construction scale: After the project is completed, it will produce 350000 sets of computer precision components, 40000 tons of sodium positive electrode materials, 40000 tons of sodium negative electrode materials, and 10GWh sodium ion batteries annually. Among them, the annual production of 350000 sets of computer precision components (Phase I) has been approved for environmental impact assessment, and Phase II is not within the scope of this assessment.

2. Evaluation Conclusion

This project complies with relevant national and local industrial policies and local development plans; After conscientiously implementing various environmental protection measures, pollutants can be discharged up to standard; The impact of the project on the surrounding environment after completion is acceptable and will not change the current functional requirements for atmospheric, water, and acoustic environmental quality in the surrounding area of the project; The level of clean production has reached the advanced level in China; The total amount of emissions meets the requirements of total amount control indicators. The construction of this project is also conducive to promoting sustainable development of the regional economy. On the basis of implementing total emission control of pollutants, implementing various environmental protection measures proposed in the report, and implementing risk prevention measures and emergency plans, the construction of this project will not have a significant impact on the surrounding environment. During one public announcement, no public opposition was received to the construction of this project.
